Our company name has changed from Chem-Lab NV to AnalytiChem Belgium NV.
- Exceptionally, a purchase order can be cancelled but any return must be coordinated with AnalytiChem Belgium prior to return.
- Goods without defects may be returned to AnalytiChem Belgium only with explicit consent, and carriage paid.
- The products shall be returned in their original packaging with the original AnalytiChem Belgium label affixed, and unaltered in form and content.
- The cancellation fee to be paid by the customer amounts to 15% or EURO 45.00 as basic sum plus value added tax. This stipulation does not entitle the customer to unilateral cancellation of a contract (order).
- AnalytiChem Belgium will only consider returns if no more than 30 days have elapsed since the customer received the product. After this period, no return will be accepted.
- AnalytiChem Belgium reserves the right to request a disposal instead of return.
- Goods must be returned within the same week, when they got our OK for returning.
- Products specifically made or labelled for one customer (custom-made products)
- Products that require storage under controlled conditions - such as temperature
- Short shelf-life products (< 6 months’ Total Shelf life)
- If applicable, product with remaining shelf-life < 3 months of the total shelf life
- Cases that have been opened.
- Products that are damaged/dirty (including dust, water marks/damage, writing, extra labels, etc.) .
- Containers and packaging may not be an object of return in any case.
